Do you deliver or ship your pieces?
It depends! If you live locally, we may be able to deliver your piece for a delivery fee. If you are not local, we may be able to ship smaller pieces. Unfortunately, larger pieces cannot be shipped out of state or to rural Alaska. If you need delivery or a shipment, contact us for more information.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We have a strict no-refund and no-return policy . We encourage you to inspect your piece before accepting it. For custom orders, we strongly encourage that you carefully consider stain and paint colors (feel free to stop by in person to view these!) as well as the size of the piece versus the size of your space.
However, if you have recently purchased a piece (or had a Custom Order) and your item is defective within 30 days after you have received it, please contact us regarding a repair or replacement as we may be able to offer that to you at no charge and at our discretion. Defective pieces do not include those that were used for improper purposes or past their weight limits.
